I’m Tyler Dillon, a Commercial Pilot, Certified Flight Instructor, and founder of Tyler Dillon Aviation, based in St. Pete, Florida. My aviation journey began with aircraft detailing, which led me to launch my first company. From there, I worked as a Line Service Technician, gaining valuable experience in aircraft handling, fueling, and FBO operations—insight that still shapes my approach to customer service and operational excellence.

I went on to build a career in flight instruction, where I provided quality training and mentorship to aspiring pilots, and later co-owned a family flight school dedicated to safe, reliable aircraft rental and instruction. Over time, my focus expanded to corporate flying and aircraft management, where I’ve developed expertise in overseeing operations, coordinating maintenance, and optimizing piston aircraft performance.

With more than five years in general aviation, I’ve flown over 50 makes and models of piston aircraft and several turboprops. I also hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida, which supports my people-first approach to leadership and customer service. Today, I combine my experience as a pilot, instructor, and aircraft manager to provide turnkey solutions for aircraft owners and clients.
